UpdatER Briefing 6

Summer has arrived and so has the latest UpdatER. Let’s jump into new features like getting into a pool on a 100° day…with both feet!

Fuel Costs Going Up…or Down?

Now you’ll know better than ever before with Report #1753 – Fuel Usage for Vehicle Number for Apparatus for Date Range. Many of you asked for this high-octane report and we’re glad it’s here.

What’s your Disposition?

Check out the new Advanced Search parameter in the Incidents Module. NEMSIS 3 customers can now filter incident reports search results by the incident/patient disposition. This parameter even has a multi-picker…nice!

More NEMSIS 3 Goodness

For our customers using our FirstPCR solution (those that don’t have state reporting requirements), you can now build forms with signature capture. This will be especially helpful for documenting patient refusals and anything requiring signatures from crews, patients, or hospital staff.

Every Day is a Training Day

Updater5

When the sun is blazing outside on a hot summer afternoon and you need to knock out some training hours, why not hone your ER expertise by viewing one of our Virtual Thursday Webinar Archives. We record every one and store them right here.

You can also catch them live every first and third Thursday of every month. Keep an eye out on the login and welcome pages for links to register. We’ve been breaking attendance records lately, so don’t miss out!

Our last Virtual Thursday on Using ER for your ISO PPC Survey was especially good. Guest speaker, David Richardson, shares his experiences as an ISO auditor and administration major at Midwest City, Oklahoma. Read our blog post to catch the highlights, or watch the entire webinar here
