What’s New at ER: FuelER Updates, Truck Checks, Additional Reports & More

May 03, 2018

It’s been a while since our last UpdatER, so let’s kick off May with some great news!

DEF-initely Excellent Updates to FuelER Fuel Tracking App

You asked. We delivered. FuelER now has fields for both DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) and for Cost. It’s never been easier to document fuel-ups. Thanks to everyone who shared feedback about our first-ever specialized web app. Be on the lookout for new system reports for tracking fuel consumption and cost…coming soon.

(Truck) Check it Out! ER Truck Checks Offer a Simple Way to Electronically Document Your Apparatus Checks

The response to the beta release of ER’s Truck Checks powered by Halligan has been overwhelming! We had over 500 registrants for a recent Virtual Thursday training session and continue to receive invaluable feedback from our beta testers. Thanks to everyone’s contributions and hard work, we are pleased to announce that, starting in mid-May, we will be rolling out the Truck Check feature to all of our customers on a state-by-state basis. Our team will be posting in-system updates as we begin the roll-out. Exciting times!

New Reports: Personnel Points & Patient Gender

Here’s a new report for departments that track points for incidents, events and training: Report #1720 – Personnel Summary and Percentage of Points per Incident and Training and Events for Incident Type for Event Type for Date Range. Whew…that’s a mouthful!

NEMSIS 3 customers: Check out new Report #1750 – Patient Gender for Date Range (NEMSIS 3 Incidents Only). This report is the latest as we progress toward updating all ePCR reports to pull from NEMSIS 3 data.
