Get to Know an ER Trainer: Michael Bazzoni

March 15, 2018

About our trainers: At Emergency Reporting, all of our regional trainers are active or recently retired public safety professionals with over 200 years of combined Fire & EMS experience. Like many of you, they have spent years serving their communities and keeping people safe. Before they were trainers, they used ER's fire RMS as customers. That may be why so many of our customers love our trainers: they've been in your shoes!

We have been featuring our trainers individually on the blog so you can get to know them a little better. Today we're putting the spotlight on Michael Bazzoni, one of the ER regional trainers who was at our recent Phoenix Regional Training Academy (RTA).
